It’s very comforting to find someone whom you can trust and who is looking out for you

Posted in Service Testimonial, Testimonials /

“It’s hard to say why some people are nice without a reason!

A year ago, I wrote about how Stephen Barnes and his team pulled out all the stops to get me in Hong Kong when the rest of his competitors conveniently bailed on me.

So naturally, I approached him to help me out with my visa extension, and to my surprise, in return, he sent me a do-it-yourself visa extension kit.

It had step-by-step instructions that almost anyone could follow and had links to all relevant forms online. It was like having Mr. Barnes on my side, without any extra cost! He was always accessible if I had any questions. I followed all the instructions, and now I have a 3-year extension visa in my passport.

Mr. Barnes saved me quite a bit of money, but that’s not the point. The point is that it’s very comforting to find someone whom you can trust and who is looking out for you. He’s nice without a reason, and that’s very hard to find.

If you have worked with Mr. Barnes before, you know how lucky you are. And if you are thinking about it, I say grab him!”

“I wanted to say how enjoyable it was using the Hong Kong Visa Centre for my visa renewal. If you need any sort of testimonial or referral please let me know, I’d be more than happy to recommend you and your team. From the outset, you and the Hong Kong Visa Centre team were an incredible source of helpful, straight forward, clear advice. Raquel was wonderful to work with as well.

Thanks again and see you around HK!”
